Stud Boy has given BRRP $500 for purse prize. We will be awarding this purse at our Feb 13 show. Details as to the class(s) that have the purse dedicated will be addressed at the drivers meeting due to class attendance can't be determined until registration is closed on the day of the race.

I don't think Randy worded this quite right. The purse will go to the class with the most entries. The most entries will be found after everyone gets there.

Because there are so many classes, BRRP wants to award purse to the most attended classes. So far the 340cc classes have been the most entered in the Leafer division and the Grudge is the most entered in the IFS division. As stated prior, we won't know that until the drivers meeting on the 13th. IF we have less than 4 entry's in a class we probably won't be awarding a purse to that class. For instance, ProStock 440 and Late Model 440 have not been well attended so that adds to the leafer division. However, we will be awarding all ten gift certificates.

And YES you can change your class entry at the drivers meeting if there is a good reason. Just ask, we will be easy to work with.

On a side note, the HOOTERS Cup will be awarded to the higest point earner in any given class for the year. This has no bearing on the amount of classes or dates attended. Keep in mind that Heats are points earners, no sandbagging. Again, the class must be attended (4 or more) to be a points race.
